Available at our Spring Plant Sale

E.A.T. South grows edible and unusual transplants each year for the farm and our community. Your purchase of plants at this spring’s plant sale pays for the seeds & soil that allow us to grow food on the farm and transplants for school & community gardens. 

Expect to find the following plants on April 1, 12-1. Most plants in 4in pots are $5. A few others, like Moringa trees, will be a little more. (Quantities of all plants are limited, and some are more limited than others.)

Vegetables

Tomatoes: red cherry, beefsteak, San Marzano paste, green martian, brandywine, rutgers, ace 55, and more. 

Hot Peppers: fish, buena mulata, ubatuba, ancho poblano, jalapeño

Sweet Peppers: jupiter, melrose, jimmy nardello, corno di toro, iko iko

Eggplant: white garden egg, ping tung long, rosita

Look for the following plants at Herb Day on April 22, 8-3 at Grace Presbyterian Church: Ground cherries, tomatillos, more tomatoes, purple basil, heirloom squash, black beauty eggplant, little finger eggplant, comfrey, catnip, indigo, flowers & more!
